having fun while working.
3 weeks without blogging – that’s like an eternity.
I’m thankful for Assembly Shows, which have ensured I get some income every month, and still do what I like – performing. Since the beginning of 2010, I’ve been involved in a number of Assembly Show series: “The Little Train That Could”, “Mind Our Language”, “Me, Myself & My Country”, “Together We Will Defend”, “Sakae Sushi” & most recently, “The Dragon Who Lost His Puff”. But yet, I don’t want to be stuck doing Assembly Shows.
Did a Channel NewsAsia re-enactment sequence for the programme, “Designed By Love”, in a segment which featured my grandparents’ love story & how it led to Singapore’s national souvenir, the Golden Orchid. The segment was broadcast on 8 Mar 2010 (Mon), 8:30p.m. & there should be repeats.
Wearing a wig in the hot Singapore weather is no joke!
Played my grandmother, when she was younger.
It’s not everyday an actor gets such a privilege.
Have also busied myself with a few filming projects.
On set at a Service Centre – Corporate Video shoot.
“I demand you serve me, right now!”
“我在你左右” – Latest MediaCorp Channel 8 drama
Starring Adrian Pang & Rui En, among others.
Beyond acting, I also emcee-ed a Forum for the Kidney Dialysis Foundation last Saturday.
One of the rare times I’m seen in corporate wear.
Trying to keep busy by indulging in Dance & Singing lessons too. And watching the latest films & Taiwanese drama serials! Will save all that & more for another update.
Till next time.
